Visitor Notice
Out of respect for the art works, and in order to maintain exhibition safety, please follow the guidelines below to ensure that all visitors have a pleasant viewing experience:
  • Please speak in muted tones and maintain minimum noise levels throughout the NCPI.
  • Please do not touch the exhibited works.
  • Recording videos and taking photos with intent to reproduce exhibited works are prohibited. For any requirements related to media coverage, please refer to Media Contact.
  • Eating, drinking, smoking, or chewing gum or betel nut is prohibited throughout the NCPI.
  • For a schedule of guided tours, or to arrange a special group tour, please refer to Tour or the Information Desk on the first floor.
  • Notetaking by pencil only is permitted in the exhibition areas.
  • Animals, plants, and pets are not allowed (except guide dogs).
  • Please do not bring hazardous substances, food, drinks, stick umbrellas, tripods, selfie sticks or helmets to the museum. Free storage service is available at the Information Desk.
  • Wheeled shoes or skateboards, bicycles and hand-propelled tricycles are not permitted.
  • Patrons who are shirtless, in tank tops, flip flogs, slippers, or unkempt clothing will not be admitted.
